Dublin University Sailing Club, more commonly known as Trinity Sailing, is the largest student sailing club in Ireland with over 200 active members, 75 of whom compete regularly. The club is proud to successfully cater to all levels of sailors from beginners to competitors on the world stage.
Our primary focus is on team racing in our club Fireflies. This involves two teams of three boats, each with two sailors, in an exciting battle to beat the other team through collective effort and scoring.
Since its inception, Trinity Sailing has been at the forefront of student sailing in Ireland with numerous Varsities and Regional titles at Gold, Silver and Bronze fleet levels. DUSC boasts no fewer than 16 Irish Olympians amongst its alumni. Additionally DUSC is the only sports club to have won the British University Sailing Association championship three consecutive times.
