Catriona Dixon

Catriona has constantly educated herself throughout her career, she completed a BSc in Exercise and Health Fitness from University of Limerick. She studied for a Diploma in Fitness & Business while working and travelling in New Zealand, Catriona is currently studying part-time in Trinity College Dublin in for a Postgraduate Diploma in Workplace Wellness.

Catriona is an RYT Yoga Teacher, STOTT Pilates Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer & Swim Teacher. She loves the graceful forms of movement and the effect this has on the mind and body, backing it up with strength and conditioning and a healthy eating lifestyle plan is vital for your vitality.

Mark Mc Gauran TCD Fitness Team

Mark Mc Gauran

Mark has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over twenty years, fitness, health and nutrition are his passion. He has constantly educated himself throughout his career in areas such as strength and conditioning, nutrition therapy and acupressure. Mark has seen fitness trends come and go, he firmly believes in simplicity, balance and the fundamentals of health and fitness.

Mark worked as a strength and conditioning coach with Wexford Senior Men’s GAA team for three years and was involved in preparing the panel for a Leinster Senior Football final. Mark has also worked with several individual athletes in the sporting world.

Martin Fujak

Martin's passion for fitness spans over twenty years, he has completed a BA in Sport Management and Coaching at TU Dublin. He gained practical experience at Sport Ireland Campus and has a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and delivering fitness classes. Martin's area of expertise: spinning, body pump, core, strength and condition.
